Morning Refresher Smoothie

This smoothie, the Morning Refresher, is the perfect detox drink to give you energy for the day and to cleanse your body. Every ingredient serves a purpose to help you boost your morning and be the best you can be! This smoothie contains only 8 ingredients and is incredibly refreshing. Not only is this drink absolutely delicious, but it will also boost your energy level for even the toughest day ahead. 

INGREDIENTS (Yields one smoothie)

  • 1/3 Frozen banana
  • 2/3 Cup of frozen mango
  • Heaping 1/3 Cup spinach
  • 4 Fresh basil leaves
  • 2/3 Cup coconut water
  • 1 Tsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 Tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 Tsp. fresh lime juice

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
